Von ihrer Eintragung an, kann unsere EWIV der Senatoren mit der ihr nunmehr auf Grund des internationalen Rechts zuerkannten Geschäftsfähigkeit unter den im Gründungsvertrag / Unionssatzung vorgesehen Bedingungen überall in der Gemeinschaft und weltweit tätig sein, an welchem Ort auch immer sie in der Gemeinschaft ihren Sitz hat.

Od okamžiku registrace mohou naši senátoři EHZS s právním podkladem a způsobilostí, která je nyní uznávána na základě mezinárodního práva, působit kdekoli ve Společenství a na celém světě za podmínek stanovených v zakládající smlouvě / statutu Unie bez ohledu na to, kde mají sídlo ve Společenství.
Unsere EWIV der Senatoren kann in allen Mitgliedsstaaten und weltweit Träger von Rechten und Pflichten sein, Verträge schließen und andere Rechtshandlungen vornehmen, vor Gericht gehen und ein eigenes Vermögen, entsprechend den von den Mitgliedern festgelegten Zielen, besitzen.

Naše EHZS senátorů může být držitelem práv a povinností ve všech členských státech a na celém světě, uzavírat smlouvy a provádět jiné právní úkony, aplikovat soudní právo a vlastnit majetek v souladu s cíli stanovenými členy.
Der Gründungsvertrag / Unionssatzung legt die Bedingungen für die Befugnisse der Geschäftsführung fest. Gegenüber Dritten verpflichtet der Präsident der EWIV der Senatoren unbeschränkt.
The founding contract / Union statute defines the conditions for the powers of the management. The President of the EEIG commits the Senators to third parties without restriction.
Le Contrat Fondateur / Statut de l'Union définit les conditions des pouvoirs de la direction. Le président des Sénateurs du GEIE agit illimité envers les tiers.

Die Verordnung des Ministerrates in Brüssel legt besonderes Schwergewicht auf die Vertragsfreiheit der Mitglieder der EWIV. Diese können ihre vertraglichen Beziehungen, Wirkung sowie die interne Verfassung der EWIV weitgehend frei gestalten.
The regulation of the Council of Ministers in Brussels places importance on the free of contract of the members of the EEIG. These can largely freely shape their contractual relationships, effects and the internal constitution of the EEIG.
Le règlement du Conseil des Ministres à Bruxelles accorde une importance particulière à la liberté contractuelle des membres du GEIE. Ceux-ci peuvent largement façonner librement leurs relations contractuelles, leurs effets et la constitution interne du GEIE.
